- Property & Rate enquiries issued by various Government Departments including Council, Sydney Water, Land Tax and various other Government Departments.
- Certificate of currency for Strata Title Properties (if required)
- Stamping fee payable when we Stamp the Contract and Transfer with Stamp Duty
- Final search on the day of settlement
- Settlement Fee
