Generally we will charge you a flat Conveyancing fee (rather than an hourly rate) plus expenses for your sale or purchase.

Section 149 certificate (zoning certificate) issued by your Local Council

Property & Rate enquiries issued by various Government Departments including Council, Sydney Water, Land Tax and various other Government Departments.
Certificate of currency for Strata Title Properties (if required)
Stamping fee payable when we Stamp the Contract and Transfer with Stamp Duty
Final search on the day of settlement
